Question: How do I pick up my school supplies order? 

Answer: Once schools participate in the program, in most cases supplies are available at some schools for pick-up. However, please contact your school or C-C Quest for availability. (Please check Northview and Heather Hills calendar for pick-up schedule).

Question: Will my children’s school still earn money if I order on line?

Answer: Yes, all orders are considered benefits to the schools.

 

Question: If my children go to different schools would the discount rates apply.

Answer: Yes, each school package is considered an order. As long as all orders are from the same household and going to the same address.

 

Question: What if I receive the incorrect order?

Answer: C-C Quest will replace your order if you contact us by telephone or email.

 

Question: Can I place my order by telephone?

Answer: Yes, you may place your order by calling us at 301-509-0346, or fax to 866-499-0468.
